  • Sprinkle it with toast pine nuts

Mid-afternoon 

  • Handful cashew 

Dinner

  • Brown rice with 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese 
  • Or vegetables and pasta with tomato sauce and falls of red wine

  • 2 squares of swiss chocolate 

Conclusion 

The diets that claim to lose a lb a day are too good to be true. But they are dangerous and might not give you any results that make you irritable, weak, and moody. 

So, always give importance to your health that it deserves by following the above tips. But make sure that you will feel better productive and you start loving a new lifestyle.
